About this project
About two weeks after we finished a roof on this Alpharetta street, we were back for this one, another home we found knocking doors. The owners went from a dark brown roof to CertainTeed Landmark PRO in Max Def Weathered Wood, a lighter mix of browns and grays that suits the stucco and stone. In early August 2026 we laid tarps along the walls, tore the old roof off down to the decking and put down CertainTeed RoofRunner underlayment. Then the new shingles went on, across the main roof and the many-sided section over the front bay.
