About this project
We met this Alpharetta homeowner on a door-knocking day. It's a red brick house with cream trim, arched windows and a low-slope roof over the sunroom. When we tore off in July 2026, we found rotten decking and replaced it one sheet at a time. RhinoRoof U20 underlayment went over the whole deck, then Owens Corning Duration Designer shingles in Black Sable, which pick up the dark shutters. About two weeks later our crew was back on the same street for the neighbors' roof.
