About this project
This Alpharetta homeowner came to us through a referral. The old roof was dark and the new one is too, so from the street the change looks small. Up close it's new from the decking up. We started in early September 2026 by laying tarps along the stucco walls, over the beds and across the back lawn. The old shingles came off down to the decking, CertainTeed RoofRunner underlayment went down, and then the new CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles in Max Def Charcoal Black. The hips and ridges are finished with CertainTeed Shadow Ridge caps, right up to the tall white chimney.
