About this project
We knocked on this Alpharetta door and the homeowner let us take a look at the roof. The house has a red brick front, white siding on the sides and a screened porch out back with a roof of its own. In May 2026 we tore the old roof off, laid synthetic underlayment and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Williamsburg Gray. The screened porch roof was rebuilt as part of the job, so it matches the rest of the house now. Tarps covered the back patio while the old shingles came down.
