About this project
A referral sent us to this red brick home in Alpharetta. When the old shingles came off, a lot of the decking underneath was in bad shape, so we replaced those sheets before anything else went down. That was in May 2026. Tarps covered the yard first. Over the new wood we laid CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment, then CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles in Max Def Shenandoah, a warm brown blend that goes with the brick. A couple of months later we were back on the same street for one of the neighbors. The homeowner left us five stars on Google.
