About this project
This Cumming roof was one of the first we built in 2026. Our inspection found hail damage on the old shingles, and we showed the homeowner exactly what we saw.
We tarped the yard and landscaping, tore the old roof down to the decking, rolled out new synthetic underlayment and installed a new IKO Cambridge roof in Dual Black. Completed in January 2026.
