About this project
This Dacula roof was one of the last ones we built in 2025, and we were happy to close out the year with it. We looked the old roof over, showed the homeowner what we found and set the plan.
We tore the old roof down to the decking, rolled out new synthetic underlayment and installed a new IKO Cambridge roof in Dual Black, plus new gutters. Completed in December 2025.
